Thank you for attending this event!
Thank you so much for attending our “Resonance & Release” sound bath session. Your presence helped create a peaceful, grounding atmosphere that made the experience truly special. It was a joy to share this moment of calm and stillness with each of you. Whether it was your first time or you’re a seasoned participant, I am grateful you took the time to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the healing vibrations together.
Remember, the ability to return to a state of calm lies within you. No matter what circumstances surround you, you have the power to release chaos, uncertainty, and fear. When you pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with your inner resonance, you can gently bring your nervous system back into harmony.
I hope you left feeling more centered, relaxed, and recharged—and that the sense of calm continues to resonate within you in the days ahead.
As you continue your journey inward, I invite you to take time for reflection, meditation, and journaling. By slowing down and truly listening within, you can gently guide your nervous system back into balance and reconnect with your natural state of calm.
Below are 7 prompts to support your practice. Move through them at your own pace, allowing space for honesty, softness, and self-awareness:
-
What does calm feel like in my body?
-
What sounds or sensations help me feel grounded and safe?
-
When was the last time I felt truly at peace? What was present in that moment?
-
What thoughts or patterns tend to pull me out of balance?
-
How can I gently respond to my stress or anxiety without judgment?
-
What practices help me return to myself when I feel overwhelmed?
-
What message does my body need to hear right now to feel supported and calm?

May this reflection guide you back to your inner stillness. Your calm is always within reach.
The instruments we used at this sound bath:

Crystal singing bowls are musical instruments crafted from high-purity quartz crystal. When played by running a mallet around the bowl's rim, they produce resonant tones that are often used in meditation, sound therapy, and relaxation practices. We used C note (Root), F note (Heart) and G note (Throat) for today event. This instrument brought an element of ether into the space.
The Kenari Seed Bracelets with hollow seed shells that create a woody sound with crisp projection when shaking them. The sound is reminiscent of a flowing stream of water. During the sound bath, these bracelets are made to create an immersive sonic effect that promotes relaxation so you can easily enter a meditative space by clearing your mind.

The element of water plays a vital role in this sound bath, symbolizing our innate ability to flow with grace through all of life’s moments. An ocean drum is a percussion instrument designed to emulate the soothing sounds of the sea. It typically consists of a circular frame with two heads, enclosing small beads or pellets that create wave-like sounds when the drum is tilted or shaken.

A rainstick is a long, hollow tube—traditionally made from dried cactus or bamboo—filled with small pebbles, beans, or seeds. When tilted, the materials inside fall slowly through internal obstructions (like cactus thorns or nails), creating a gentle, cascading sound that closely resembles falling rain. The rain-like sound can be symbolic of washing away stress, tension, or stagnant energy.

Koshi chimes are handcrafted musical instruments renowned for their soothing and harmonious tones, often used in meditation, sound therapy, and relaxation practices. Each chime is meticulously crafted at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains in France, reflecting high-quality craftsmanship.
Koshi chimes are available in four tunings, though we only focussed on Earth and Water, each inspired by a natural element:
-
Terra (Earth): G C E F G C E G
-
Aqua (Water): A D F G A D F A
-
Aria (Air): A C E A B C E B
-
Ignis (Fire): G B D G B D G A

Zenergy Chimes, crafted by Woodstock Chimes, are precision-tuned instruments designed to produce clear, resonant tones that aid in meditation, mindfulness, and classroom settings. These chimes consist of one or more silver rods mounted on a wooden base and are played by gently striking the rods with a mallet, resulting in a sustained, calming sound. The notes on this trio chimes are G, D and F.
