Diaphanous Flow

Seeing through the light. A soulful practice combining yoga, barre, strength training, dance cardio and meditation. Practitioners will use the physical body to experience spirituality through movement, mindfulness and breath and use spirituality to live more freely in the body to create a stronger, clearer connection to self.



To inspire practitioners to ignite their innate love for movement and mindfulness.

To encourage movement with ease and lightness through challenges.  

To harness breath and mindfulness within your daily flow.


In my vision, practitioners will create space to discover strengths and softness, explore freedom, and reconnect to truth. They will gain new perspectives, allowing light to enter their consciousness.

Sundays 6pm - 7pm ET virtual practice
