It was such a beautiful experience to gather together and embrace the renewal and balance that this time of year brings.As we welcomed the energy of the equinox, we allowed the healing vibrations of the sound bath to guide us into a deeper state of relaxation and transformation. The energy was truly magical, and I’m so grateful to have shared this space with all of you.May the energy of this season continue to flow through you, bringing growth, clarity, and inner peace.
The instruments we used at this sound bath:
An ocean drum is a percussion instrument designed to emulate the soothing sounds of the sea. It typically consists of a circular frame with two heads, enclosing small beads or pellets that create wave-like sounds when the drum is tilted or shaken.​
Crystal singing bowls are musical instruments crafted from high-purity quartz crystal. When played by running a mallet around the bowl's rim, they produce resonant tones that are often used in meditation, sound therapy, and relaxation practices.​ We used C note (Root), F note (Heart) and G note (Throat) for today event.
Tingsha chimes, also known as Tibetan cymbals, are small, traditionally handcrafted instruments used in Tibetan Buddhist practices. They consist of two metal cymbals connected by a leather strap or chain, each producing a clear, high-pitched tone when struck together. Typically measuring between 2.5 to 4 inches in diameter, tingsha are often adorned with symbols such as the eight auspicious signs of Buddhism. ​
Koshi chimes are handcrafted musical instruments renowned for their soothing and harmonious tones, often used in meditation, sound therapy, and relaxation practices. Each chime is meticulously crafted at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains in France, reflecting high-quality craftsmanship. ​

Zenergy Chimes, crafted by Woodstock Chimes, are precision-tuned instruments designed to produce clear, resonant tones that aid in meditation, mindfulness, and classroom settings. These chimes consist of one or more silver rods mounted on a wooden base and are played by gently striking the rods with a mallet, resulting in a sustained, calming sound.
